The Ministry of Public Administration opens internet counseling for the stakeholders in the public for the Draft Regulations about the contents and methods of Associations’ Management.

This draft has defined  the form and the contents of the Registry of Associations and the Registry of Foreign Associations, requests for entry into the Associations’ registry and Foreign Associations’ Registry, requests to enter changes, the contents of excerpt, classification of associations, the method of submitting requests to the entry into the Associations’ Registry and Foreign Associations’ Registry, the method of their entry and management, collection of documents, cessation of Associations’ existence as legal entity and the cessation of Foreign Association’ activities in the RoC. 

Besides, with the Draft Regulations has been regulated that associations in the registry with the purpose of statistical overview, classify according to the form of merging, as per targeted groups and services set by their Statute. The associations independently commit and classify on primary targeted groups and other targeted groups and as well independently, according to their Statute, determine for one primary area of activities, respectively primary area of activities and they can classify for more other areas of activities, namely services that in accordance with the statute perform or intend to perform.

Special contribution of the associations in the counseling process is expected on the List of targeted groups and the Classification of services in the Associations’ registry so we invite representatives of stakeholders to send their suggestions, comments and remarks on the Draft Regulations no later than 23 November 2014 via form on the e-mail address: savjetovanje@uprava.hr.

Upon completion of the counseling all received contributions will be publicly available on Internet site of the Ministry of Public Administration.
