On the 29th of September 2015, the fourth national partners meeting on the project IPA 2011 “Civil Society for Accountable Governance” was held in the premises of the Serbian Democratic Forum (SDF) in Pakrac.
The meeting was attended by partners from the ILC Slavonski Brod, the SDF Pakrac and the Center for Peace, Non-Violence and Human Rights, Osijek.
The key topic of the meeting was a revision of project results in the previous period, the challenges and obstacles, and found solutions.
Furthermore, a detailed plan of project activities in the coming period was determined by project partners. It includes facilitation of motivational meetings with the civil society organizations and the Local Platforms in particular towns, and the dynamics of implementation of an independent monitoring consistent with the monitoring forms and surveys. The monitoring forms and surveys have been designed and customized in line with the target groups at the local level and they contain detailed questions by which participants are directly referred to the specific situations that they had experienced.
Finally, an additional national project partner's meeting was announced, and it will be held in November or December 2015 in Osijek.
Above-mentioned activities have been implemented through the two-year project “Civil Society for Accountable Governance” funded by the European Union under the IPA 2011 programme “Reinforcing Support of CSOs in Enhancing Transparency and Good Governance in Croatian Public Administration.”
